This wonderful garden apartment “Ekatarina”, was completely remodeled and updated with modern touches and
amenities in 2018. It is the ground floor of a 130-year-old mansion situated in one of the best parts of town. It has
new privacy windows and split A/Cs in every room. The single floor plan is kid friendly and can accommodate up to
6 guests. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed, desk, closets, black out windows and there is a
comfortable pullout couch in the living room. It is desirable year-round thanks to heated floors in the hallway, the
walk-in shower, and the WC.
Across the street is Karadjordjev Park with a lovely playground for kids. A five-minute walk brings you to the St.
Sava Temple, one of the largest Orthodox Churches in the world. A ten-minute walk brings you to Slavija, the
central traffic roundabout and city landmark that leads to all areas of the old city. A twenty-five-minute walk brings
you to the heart of the downtown with its political buildings, premier shopping, and historic pedestrian
boulevards. This apartment is a mere three blocks away from a central bus/tram station and the expressway on-
ramp, making a trip to New Belgrade only 10-15 minutes and you’ll be at the airport in less than 30 minutes.
