The apartment is dirty. It has absolutely no right being allowed to have the name 'Lux'. It states on the website that the apartment has a washer and a dryer however neither worked at all and it took me 3 days of begging the owner to come and fix it before someone finally came and still it was not fixed. So we paid for an apartment with a washer and dryer and then we had to waste more money by going to a launderette. We didnt have towels for 2 days because if this and the owner didnt even bother to offer us any more. Also the appliances are falling apart and there is dirt and dust all over them. The website states that it is a modern apartment with modern appliances however as per the photos it is far from that.
The owner reads messages and doesn't reply and when we called her she just cut off the call. Then she took a day to reply and only when we messaged her again.
When we walked into the apartment on the first day the owner gave us the keys and left, i walked into the bathroom to use it and there was somebody elses underwear hanging off of the radiator!! Which is absolutely disgusting. When we informed the owner she completely ignored the message. She still hasnt apologised nor did she offer to remove them. We spent 10 days with someone elses underwear in our bathroom.
This site needs to do better research and checks of the apartments on it.
Stan je prljav. Apsolutno nema pravo da ima ime "Lux'. Na veb stranici piše da stan ima mašinu za pranje i sušenje veša, međutim, nijedna nije radila uopšte i trebalo nam je 3 dana da preklinjem vlasnika da dođe i popravi pre nego što je neko konačno došao, a ipak nije popravljeno. Pa smo platili stan sa mašinom za pranje veša i mašinom za sušenje veša i onda smo morali da trošimo još novca odlaskom u perionicu. Nismo imali peškire 2 dana zbog ovoga i vlasnik nije ni potrudila da nam ponude više. Takođe se aparati raspadaju i svuda po njima ima prljavštine i prašine. Na sajtu se navodi da je to moderan stan sa modernim aparatima, ali prema fotografijama je daleko od toga. Vlasnica čita poruke i ne odgovara, a kada smo je pozvali samo je prekinula poziv. Onda joj je trebalo jedan dan da odgovori i to tek kada smo joj ponovo poslali poruku.
Kada smo ušli u stan prvog dana, vlasnik nam je dao ključeve i otišao, ušli smo u kupatilo da ga koristimo i sa radijatora je visio nečiji donji veš!! Što je apsolutno odvratno. Kada smo obavestili vlasnika, ona je potpuno ignorisala poruku. Još se nije izvinila niti je ponudila da ih ukloni. Proveli smo 10 dana sa tuđim vešom u kupatilu. Ovaj sajt treba da uradi bolje istraživanje i provere stanova na njemu.
