Apartment Koala 99 - New Belgrade. The one-room apartment is located in the newly built West Tower, which is part of the West 65 complex. It has an area of 40m2 and is intended for 2 people. The apartment is located on the 14th floor, with an incredible view of the entire New Belgrade. The luxuriously furnished apartment consists of a sleeping area with a large double bed. The sleeping area is partitioned off from the living room, so guests have the option of closing the two spaces with sliding doors. The living room has a comfortable sofa. As part of the living room, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, built-in refrigerator and a counter with 2 bar stools. Bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi internet, LCD TV with cable channels, clean towels and bed linen are at guests' disposal. An additional convenience is a multitude of restaurants and cafes, a shopping center, shops and a pharmacy. Everything is located in one place so that the guests' stay is maximally secured. Super lokacija i odlicna komunikacija sa vlasnikom.

Sveopsti utisak na apartman je bio los.
Cistoca apartmana 1: prozori prljavi sa unutrasnje strane. Dva mrtva insekta na do prozora sa unutrasnje strane. Takodje prljava stolarija SA unutrasnje strane.
Zidovi prljavi na par mesta. Pronadjen deo polamljene case. Prljava ostava za susenje posudja.
Uredjenost apartmana: pocepan dvosen sa donje strane. Mehanizam kliznih vrata u fazi raspada. Parket ostecen na par mesta. Daljinski upravljac ostecen.
Snabdevenost apartmana: kolicina tecnog sapuna dovoljna za jedno pranje, takodje I sampona. Prljavo kupatilo od kamenca.

Iz apartmana sam izasao posle jednog sata.

Zakljucak: lose I neprijatno iskustvo.
