Apartment in Belgrade - Apartment Devet is spacious, bright, completely refurbished in February 2017. It is located on Marsala Birjuzova street, on the second floor of a building with no elevator. After the entrance hall with a wardrobe and a shoe space, one enters the spacious living room with sitting area and a dining table for six people, a flat tv and bar. The living room is oriented towards a beautiful courtyard with a century-old linden tree. The three bedrooms are separated, all furnished with a standard double bed or two single beds. There are plenty places to store things, such as built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, and they provide quite a lot of space. The skylights and windows let plenty of daylight into the apartment, the interior is a combination of wood, brick and modern materials, and as such give this unusual space a unique look. At the guest disposal are wifi, eg heating, air conditioning, cable channels, a microwave, kettle, hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, bed linen and towels. The apartment is located in the center of Belgrade, only a few minutes from the tourist center - Knez Mihailova pedestrian zone, Kosančićev and Zeleni venac. The famous district for a night out, Savamala, is less than seven minutes away, Dorćol clubs at fifteen, and to Kalemegdan you will need only five minutes of walking. A big plus of the apartment Devet is the possibility of a parking space with video surveillance (in the yard). The parking is available upon request for an additional fee of 10 euros per day, as compared to other options of parking it is quite affordable. It is completely separate from the street, surrounded by greenery, and is located within the city block. The silence is interrupted only by the bell of the Orthodox Church, which is near the apartment.
