Insurance: All Balkan Car drivers and passengers are insured up to 6000 USD, and in the case of permanent disability to 12000USD. Insurance for damage caused to third parties by the vehicle Balkan Rent a Car is a maximum of USD 100,000. Personal things and luggage are not insured and do not recommend that those things are kept in the car when parking.

Responsibility: The mutual rights and obligations Balkan Car Rental as a lessor and you as tenants are precisely regulated by the Rental Agreement to be signed during the rental.

Fuel: The car comes with a full tank and fuel costs be paid by you. In case you do not return the car with a full tank, spent fuel will be charged according to the terms and conditions and additional rental.

Traffic Fines: Fines for violations committed during the rental period, which are the result of violations of traffic regulations of the Republic of Serbia, are the responsibility of the tenant.

Collision and damage: The rentals responsibility for damages up to € 150 100%. Any damages on tires, underneath of the car, inside the car, the alarm is not covered by CDW insurance and in case of loss or damage tenant pays 100% of the price.

Theft: In case of theft of the vehicle the lessee is obligated to pay 100% of the damage, unless the theft reported to the local police station and if it has an official police report, traffic permit and original keys, will pay 20% of the damage / value of the vehicle. The lessee is obliged to always lock the car and activate the alarm (if equipped) when the vehicle is parked, the vehicle registration that is not the case in the vehicle.

Fees: All prices include VAT of 20%, all services are charged in RSD at the official exchange rate. Charges are 10 € in RSD delivery and collection at the airport. Out of hours delivery and collection is charged 20 € in RSD.

Crossing the border: Crossing the border of the Republic of Serbia is allowed with written permission by the Balkan Rent a Car. Renter should take into account the vehicle. The driving of off-road racing, rally driving, towing other vehicles, lending the vehicle to a third party and is strictly prohibited any kind of replacement and any corrections. Each replacement is treated as damage will be charged to the lessee. In case the renter returns the vehicle in extremely dirty condition, washing costs will be charged to the lessee.
