Apartment is situated on the second floor of a residential building without an elevator, it spreads on 50 square meters and it is equipped for a pleasant stay of up to 4 persons. Apartment is very wide, functional and modernly designed. It consists of a pleasant living room with a pull out sofa that can be used as a comfortable bed for two, separate bedroom with a queen size bed , bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with table and chairs. The following content of the apartment includes: air condition, TA heater, microwave, clean towels and linen. Apartment is literally few steps away from well known Belgrade fortress Kalemegdan, Rajiceva shopping center, National theatre and Bohemian quarter Skadarlija and public garage Obilicev venac is close to the location which makes it a good choice for all guests that are arriving by their own transportation. Apartment itself doesn’t have it’s own parking, but parking is available also in the Rajiceva Shopping center. Apartment location is ideally connected to other parts of the city by public transportation lines. Please note that MINIMUM STAY in this apartment on weekends is 2 NIGHTS!
