Apartment in Belgrade - Apartment Modern is completely new apartment located in Vracar, on the 4th floor of a building from 2016 that has an elevator. This daily rent apartment has 2 bedrooms, terrace, garage place in underground garage and a courtyard orientation. It is ideal for 4 persons but it can accommodate up to 6. Apartment is modernly designed with suitable for longer or short lease. It is three room apartment consists of a large living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and auxiliary room that has function as american closet and laundry room (it contains washing and drying machine). From the living room, you may enter in courtyard oriented balcony that has very nice bedding set for two and also nice view at peaceful neighborhood. Apartment has minimalist decoration and there you can find many interesting details like gallery of abstract motifs in dining room or a combination of old pictures of Belgrade in bedrooms. Schedule for sleeping is 2+2+2- two pairs on double beds and one pair can sleep on a corner set that can be split. Apartment Modern is in a brand new building, nearby city center, Cubura and Juzni bulevar. You need 5 minutes by walk to reach park Cubura, where you can use one of many buses to the Slavija square. The apartment is in one- way street, surrounded by family houses and lower buildings. One of the advantages of this apartment is certainly a parking place in underground garage, and it is free for our guests.
