Completely renovated apartment is 67 m2 big and it is on the 6th floor of a building with 2 elevators. The view here is beyond fantastic! Apartment Delucas consists of living room with comfortable bedding set on stretch, two bedrooms- one with 2 twin beds and the other with a double bed, kitchen which is fully equipped, dining room, bathroom with a shower, terrace. There is a possibility of providing a baby crib (if the lease is longer than 3 days) with 10 euros extra charge. This daily rent apartment offers free parking place in front of the building, LCD TV, cable tv, wifi 50Mbps, central heating, air condition, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, clean towels and bed sheets. Delucas apartment has a great location and it is really nearby (1, 2 min by foot) a few supermarkets, over 20 fast food stores (Šiš cevap, pizza cut, Poncho, Boom pancakes store, Kebab..), a few restaurants (one is in the building), many coffee shops, clubs on the river, bus and taxi station, the largest Casino in this part of the Balkan, a lot of banks, health center. With a public transport, you can get to shopping mall “UŠĆE”, city center, Arena in about 10 to 15 minutes. Apartment Delucas is predicted up to 6 people and it is perfect for younger but for older as well, for smaller groups or families. Transport from airport to apartment is also possible.
