It is equipped with high quality fittings and unique artistic decorations handly done by a famous artist is a mixture of vintage and homemade furniture. With a large sunny balcony, the duplex itself consists of a 155 square meters of total area (a ground level 90 and upper level 65 square meters) and the balcony of an additional 20m². Quiet and peaceful high ceilings and hardwood floors are newly renovated and decorated with original artworks (the landlord is a well-known Serbian artist and interior designer) – almost every piece of furniture is an original and unique artwork of its own. The duplex has two bedrooms with double (queen-size) beds, one smaller room also with double bed, one living room with a kitchen and a big terrace. In order to accommodate extra guests we have extra bed slide system. You can relax and enjoy your drink while talking about the day you’ve just had, and planning the night ahead in one of the amazing restaurants or bars on the Danube river bank or some of famous Belgrade boat houses. Should you want to have an authentic & unique experience of Zemun, loving eating, drinking and dancing, this is the perfect place for you! The 156 m2 duplex is fully equipped with high quality & stylish furnishing, cooking amenities, bed linens, flatware, towels, hairdryer, a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner, wireless high speed broadband internet connection as well as cable channels available to all guests. The apartment and its facilities and utilities are perfectly equipped for both short overnight and long term monthly stay. There is also a possibility of a bicycle rental. A pickup from the airport is provided much cheaper and safer that any taxi directly to the apartment!
